What began as a poorly executed new build became a full-scale reconstruction—inside and out. Stripped back to the studs, we redesigned the home to correct foundational issues and create a space that was both functional and refined. Major structural and aesthetic upgrades included a new kitchen, bathroom, walkout basement, and custom home theatre. Outside, we reimagined the landscape with full land clearing, a sweeping driveway to the rear, a generous parking pad, and a new deck for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The result: a home that now lives up to its potential—thoughtfully built, beautifully finished, and built to last.
Dino Den Kids Room
Designed with imagination and comfort in mind, this renter-friendly bedroom brings a prehistoric world to life. Featuring removable dinosaur print wall decals, jungle-inspired lighting, and soft textures throughout, the space invites play and calm in equal measure. A glowing salt rock lamp and layered lighting create a soothing sensory atmosphere, while playful prints and leafy accents transport little ones straight into their own Jurassic jungle—no renovations required.
The Entertainment Basement
A fully customized basement retreat designed for entertainment and creativity. This dual-purpose space features a cozy home theater with a vintage-inspired popcorn machine, wet bar, and mini fridge—perfect for movie nights and casual hosting. Across the room, a dedicated music studio showcases guitars mounted like artwork, layered with moody lighting from a vintage floor lamp. Thoughtfully styled and acoustically balanced, it’s a space where cinematic escapes and creative sessions live in harmony.
